Dr. Sameer Deo is a skilled physician who specializes in rehabilitation, sports, and longevity medicine. His focus is on preventing and reversing diseases in addition to enhancing performance.

Dr. Deo obtained his master’s degree in physical medicine and rehabilitation from St John’s Medical College in Bangalore, where he ranked first in his class. He also holds additional educational qualifications in sports medicine from the Global Cyriax Institute, Belgium. 

After completing his residency, which focused on improving patients’ quality of life through physical and medical interventions for chronic diseases, Dr. Deo served as a COVID doctor at the Epidemic Disease Hospital in Bangalore. His experience during residency and as a COVID warrior inspired him to study sports medicine, where he gained insights into how sleep, nutrition, exercise, and supplementation can contribute to optimal health.

Dr. Deo has integrated these lessons into his distinct approach, to ensure his members achieve better health and longevity.
