Sujatha is a professional with 20+ years of Experience in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Neuro- Linguistic Programs (NLP), & Alternative medicine. She extends her services currently to hospitals and defense organizations.

She has a penchant for understanding and connecting with all age groups, a hard-core optimist, active member of wellness groups, awareness groups and Trauma Care groups. She is currently doing workshops on CBT self-help technique, which can enable us to understand ourselves better and strengthen our journey towards Wellness.
