About Dr. Jyothsna Rao
Dr. Jyothsna Rao worked as a Research Associate in the esteemed Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City and then at the world-renowned Rockefeller University. She obtained her MS in Immunology from University of Arkansas, Little Rock, USA.
Dr. Rao worked on developing a path-breaking technique of using dendritic cells in treatment of cancer. With over two decades of research experience, in the field of immunology and stem cell biology, she has published several papers and presented her work in numerous international conferences.
Dr.Jyothsna Rao obtained her PhD in biotechnology and is engaged in research in the area of cancer immunotherapy and stem cell biology. She has guided several students towards their doctoral work.
Currently she is the Research Director of iCrest Academy and Lab Head of International Stem Cell Services.
